Why did you choose this particular line of work?

"A quote by Aldo Leopold describes why I got into conservation, “There are some who can live without wild things and some who cannot.” I got into this line of work to help protect, restore and manage wild things for those who cannot live without them and others who have not yet discovered these wild things."

What do you like most about your job?

"I like many parts of the job, but I enjoy helping to manage our natural resources on both public and private land the best. It’s always great to hear of someone (especially a young kid) having a successful hunt or outdoor adventure on our public lands or on private land that we helped manage."
