N0TICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STATUS OF FUNDED ACTIVITIES FOR Young House Family Service’s COVID-19 Response.
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 508 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987, as amended, the Des Moines County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on May 26th, 2020 at 9:15 AM at the Des Moines County Courthouse, 513 N Main. St., Burlington, Iowa. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the status of funding for the Young House Family Service’s COVID-19 Response. The project is being funded through a Community Development Block Grant provided by the Iowa Economic Development Authority. If you have questions concerning the project or if you require special accommodations to attend the hearing such as handicapped accessibility or translation services, you may contact the Des Moines County Auditor at 319-753-8232. Persons interested in the status of funding or the progress of the project are welcome to attend this meeting. Written comments may be filed with the County Auditor prior to the hearing. At said hearing any interested person may appear and file oral or written comments.
